Our dried bay leaf comes from our trusted farm, where it is grown, dried, and handled with care. Each leaf is selected for its natural aroma, clean appearance, and good texture before packing. Bay leaf is commonly used in biryani, pulao, curries, soups, stews, sauces, and slow-cooked gravies. Benefit: Dried bay leaf adds a gentle warm aroma and a rich background flavour that makes rice dishes, curries, and gravies taste more complete.



Parvathy –
The bay leaves look clean and have a nice natural smell. I used them in biryani and pulao, and they gave a soft aroma to the rice.
Sahithi Goli –
The leaves were well packed and not broken too much. I like that they are sourced from a trusted farm. It feels fresh and carefully handled.
Meera Krishnan –
I used these bay leaves in chicken curry and soup. The flavour was mild but very pleasant. It added good depth without making the dish too strong.
